- Fountain Square ArtWorks' Festival
Fountain Square ArtWorks' Festival - July 24, 2010, 1pm-7pm, Fountain Square Park, downtown Bowling Green KY. Free to the public. Free parking available. ArtWorks, Inc, South-central Kentucky's leading visual arts organization, is pleased to showcase original art, one-of-a-kind art, and limited editions of signed and numbered works of art - sculpture, fine woodworking, paintings, jewelry, ceramics and much more. This is an exciting opportunity for area artisans to bring their talents together in one venue. Local and regional art enthusiasts can view and purchase art for their homes and businesses. Restaurants and other businesses around Fountain square Park will be open during this event. Ice cream, carriage rides around the downtown area, and inflatables for the kids will be offered, as well as refreshments from the Capitol Arts Youth Theatre. Participating artists include: Phil Aleci, Misha Ambrosia, Robin Balodwin, Tatum Bratcher, Natasia Champion, Jay Dougherty, Myra Dwyer, Donnie Firkins, Jill Gentry, Pamela Jones, Lauren Milliken, Deb Mulligan, Gayle Novick, Heidi Oberhelman, James Pearson, Kirsten Smith, Billy Twymon, Bill and Barbara Van Tassel, Jared Weaver, and Kay Zoretic.
